At DIPDEVIL LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we make it easy to return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return
Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization.
Pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is typically paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Defective or Incorrect Items: DIPDEVIL LLC will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
Defective products
Wrong size or item shipped
For a different size or style not caused by an error on our part, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Lost Items During Return
We recommend tracking your return package.
DIPDEVIL LLC is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return if the return shipping is paid by the customer.
