Returns & Refund Policy

At DIPDEVIL LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we make it easy to return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@dipdevil.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is typically paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: DIPDEVIL LLC will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for:

    • Defective products

    • Wrong size or item shipped

  • For a different size or style not caused by an error on our part, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Lost Items During Return

  • We recommend tracking your return package.

  • DIPDEVIL LLC is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return if the return shipping is paid by the customer.
