Shipping Coverage

  • Currently, we ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.
    We do not ship to:

    Alaska or Hawaii

    Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands

    APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

    International destinations

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, no matter how many items you buy. No hidden fees.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Use this tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

Risk of Loss & Delivery

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, title and risk transfer to you.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • Lost or Missing Packages: Contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.

  • Damaged Orders: Notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Delivery Delays: While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience.
